The Fireside is produced in two formats: a Mailchimp newsletter reaching more than 4,000 subscribers and a corresponding WordPress publication.
Each edition requires careful editing, layout, image preparation, link testing, technical implementation, and coordination around organizational events and deadlines.

Helping the Living New Deal better understand and engage its supporters.
Built and managed the survey, refined questions, validated responses, addressed potential bot activity, and developed a targeted follow-up strategy.
Result: A stronger, more representative response and valuable insight into donor interests—without the cost of an external platform.
